We are very excited to introduce Sofia Kocher, member of the board at AquaFood! Sofia has the present role of Seed Investment Manager at Chalmers Ventures, one of our owners and investors, and is a part of our board since the end of 2023.Sofia has a long experience of startups and Tech companies. Sofia also has the experience as a CEO of taking blue food business to a larger scale position.She believes in teams that build on curiosity, courage and creativity.

Her passion is businesses that create a better future for future generationsand contribute with structure and care for people.

Friday the 19th of April, AquaFood took part at the science festival in Nordstan together with Lillemor Lindberg and others for the lecture,"Seafood - the food of the future: The blue wave".

AquaFood was thrilled to meet the general public for the first time with tasting samples made from AquaFood's High End Mince. This time served as Viet style Salmon cakes with a mango-habanero dressing.

The comments and response were overwhelming and we are very happy to have met the audience.We would like to thank Innovatum Science park och Blå Bioekonomi for the possibility to be a part of this Event!
